Exchange And return policy
At Glow Heaven, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring the quality of every product we deliver. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to assist you with a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers must mention the reason for their return or exchange request.
A valid invoice/receipt must be provided along with the returned product.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Return or Exchange:
Please hand over the item directly to the same rider who delivered your parcel.
You will be contacted in advance to coordinate the return pickup.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, refund requests will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the same method used for payment or another agreed-upon method.
